If you have lost money from Easypaisa, report it to Easypaisa as soon as you can.
Do not only report the case to NCCIA.
The wallet firm needs to know as well.
Easypaisa lists customer care at 042-111-003-737 for other networks and 3737 for Telenor users. Its contact page lists complaints@easypaisa.com.pk for complaints.

Contact Easypaisa at once.
Give them:
- your mobile number
- date
- time
- amount
- transaction ID
- number that got the funds
- how the scam took place
Ask them to log a fraud complaint.
Ask for a complaint number.
Can Easypaisa reverse the payment?
Do not assume that it can.
Ask Easypaisa what action is still possible.
The chance of action can depend on where the funds went, whether they are still there, how fast you reported, and the type of payment.
My Easypaisa account was hacked. What should I do?
Contact Easypaisa at once.
Tell them you did not approve the access or payment.
Ask them to secure the account.
You may need to reset the PIN, block the wallet, secure the SIM, change email login data, and check linked accounts.
What if someone asks for my Easypaisa OTP?
Do not share it.
Easypaisa warns that a person who asks for an OTP may be a fraudster.

Yes, when the case involves fraud, account theft, fake links, identity misuse, or other cyber crime.

Which law may apply?
NCCIA points to sections 13 and 14 of PECA 2016 for online financial fraud.
Section 14 deals with electronic fraud.
Other sections may matter if the scam used identity data, fake digital records, spoofing, or illegal account access.
Can I complain to SBP if Easypaisa does not solve the issue?
First use Easypaisa's own complaint route and keep the complaint number.
SBP provides its Sunwai Customer Complaint Portal for eligible banking complaints.
